Warranty and Returns
Our entire range of LED and HID lights is backed by our 2 year warranty, which covers our products for two years from the purchase date or up to the specified operating lifetime of the light, as specified on the light.
All returns must be acknowledged by Intense Lighting Systems and the reasons for the return must be specified. Contact us and request a Return of Goods form prior to arranging a return.
If a faulty product is supplied and the product is still under warranty, the Customer will have to send the product back on his/hers expenses and after an examination by Intense Lighting Systems's qualified mechanic, new product will be supplied with no extra freight charges.
All products are to be returned in original packaging.
In the event of any dispute, a mutually acceptable third party opinion is to be obtained to adjudicate on claims.
'Seller' shall mean and include the person named herein as the supplier of the goods and trading as Intense Lighting Systems, its employees and agents.
'Buyer' shall mean and include the person named herein as the person to whom the goods are charged and any servant, agent, partner, contractor or employee of that person and in the case of two or more persons shall refer to each of them jointly and severally.
Goods for return must be clean and undamaged (except for of any fault or defect alleged by the Buyer in respect of the Goods not caused by the Buyer or fitter) or claim will be denied.
Parts returned for warranty must be carefully packed and protected from shipping damage. Parts damaged in handling due to improper packing will be denied warranty consideration.
The Seller warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship but limits its obligations to replacing defective parts only.
The Buyer shall give written notification to the Seller within thirty (30) days of any failure suspected to be warranted.
The Buyer is required to provide the original invoice number and date to submit any warranty claim.
